114 vs Australia, Perth, February 1992

This was Sachin Tendulkar’s first tour of Australia and he had already scored a 100 in Sydney but the 5thtest match at Perth was different from all Series. Perth is the fastest and bouncy pitch in the World, on that test match India lost their 8 wickets at 159 runs and then Sachin build a partnership with Wicket Keeper Kiran More. He already scored two hundreds in this series but this hundred he shows his talent or his class.

Here is this 18-year-old kid, he comes to Perth and he makes 114. Okay, he got more runs in Sydney, but to me the innings in Perth was more impressive because here is a kid, coming from low-bouncing pitches to the highest bouncing and the fastest pitch in the world - totally unique conditions. He makes all the adjustments and scores 114”.

169 vs South Africa, Cape Town, January 1997

India was on tour of South Africa Test Series 1996-1997, Indian batsmen faced lot of trouble against South African pace bowlers. On the fast and bouncy pitch in the first test match of the series at Durban, Indian batsmen dismissed for 100 and 66 in two innings. It was huge embarrassment. In the 2nd test match South Africa scored huge 529 runs in the first innings. In reply, It seemed that Indian batsmen again collapse early it lost 5 wickets on just 58 runs. Then, India fought back built a partnership of 222 runs between Sachin Tendulkar & Skipper Azaharuddin. Both players batted really well with aggressions that make this match memorable. 
After the Match South African administrator Bacher had to say that 
During that day Sachin (Tendulkar) played one of the greatest knocks I have ever seen. I can recall two things — one is Allan Donald taking the second new ball and bowling from the Wynberg End. Then what we see is straight drives, cover drives, and pulls and cuts. Sachin simply annihilated Donald”.

155 vs Australia, Chennai, March 1998

In 1998 Australian Champion Leg spinner Shane Warne came to India in the hope of he will make his team win the test Series at Indian Land, because Indian pitches are known for Spinner. Every cricket player wants to the battle of Sachin vs Shane Warne.
In the first Test match of the series, Warne win the battle and sent early Sachin to pavilion in 1st innings after that in 2nd innings Sachin really played well his spin attack and scored 155 runs with 81 strike rate and India win this test match.

136 vs Pakistan, Chennai, January 1999

Pakistan was on the tour of India after 12 years for three test match, Pakistan team was comes one of the top teams of cricket on that era. Saqlain Mushtaq one of the top spin bowler of Pakistan that taking wickets against India, In first test match of the 1st innings Saqlain Mushtaq took 5 wickets and in 2nd innings India need 271 runs to win this match, India lost their 2 wickets on just 6 runs after that little master blaster come to bat. After that India lost their 5 wickets on just 85 runs after that Nayan mongia came to join sachin. Both players really batted very well took closer to the target, where Sachin scored 136 runs against top bowlers of Pakistan. India loses this match by 12 runs but Sachin wins the heart.

241 vs Australia Sydney, January 2004

India was on the tour of Australia playing border Gavaskar trophy of 4 test matches. In first three Test matches Sachin didn’t perform well he had been dismissed cheaply in 3 test matches. It was his off side play giving him trouble. He decided not to play shot on the off side and he didn’t. He didn’t play a single cover drive till he had crossed 200. It was an inning of full of discipline, he faced 436 balls and scored 241 runs with 33 boundaries.  This test match was draw.
India's coach, John Wright said the innings was "remarkable for the strokes Sachin did not play".
